Situated on a tiny 2,000 sf lot, this project houses eight units in a compact, urban neighborhood. Designed with principles of sustainability in mind, the project featured natural ventilation, heat sinks, and green roofs. Three small one-bedroom units with three larger one-bedroom units complement the two expansive loft units on the upper floor with their private green space.
