Sustainability consultant for LEED-EB certification of the Starbucks Center, an existing 1912 warehouse in South Seattle . Created and assisted with new building and policy programs, provided checklists and standards for future materials and systems, and helped to unify their sustainable strategies for the 1.65 million gsf of office and retail space at the Starbucks Center. Pending USGBC review, the Starbucks Center expects to receive Gold certification.
