The former home of Seattle’s historic Vic Franck Boat Company, the Northlake Boatyards building was acquired by the neighboring yacht repair company to expand their operations on the Fremont Waterfront.

atelierjones is designing the restoration of this 1920s structure to serve for another century of marine operations, reinforcing and re-cladding the original structure, and adding office and shop space.

Permitting for over water construction, docks, and interior alterations in progress. Construction to begin in 2026.
